Watching Home Movies

 

I admit that I used to like to pore over photographs of myself a little bit too much, despite the fact that I sometimes resemble the person in the photo below.

As though the above weren't enough to humble me, I can also count on home movies to softly - yet firmly - do the job. Specifically when my musical ability (or lack thereof) is involved. For proof, listen to this recording of the essay "Watching Home Movies".

 

 

Stories From The Road, was a semi-monthly storytelling event hosted by Mr. Jon Elston the Co-Founder and Resident Playwright of Road Less Traveled Productions in Buffalo, New York. "Watching Home Movies" was recorded before a live audience during a real, live, mega-snowstorm on December 1, 2010 during the It's a Wonderful Life(?) Christmas program.
